WHERE IS THE STORE BASED?
We are physically based in the United States.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
Depending on the item ordered, we ship from our warehouses in the United States.  Our Ebay orders ship from our home warehouse in Alabama.  Our Amazon orders will ship from various states, depending on the warehouse in which the item is stored.   So, please expect your items purchased on Amazon to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item).  For Ebay orders, if you contact us prior to payment through the Ebay messaging system, we can combine the orders to ship together.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR REFUND POLICY?

Please see our return policy.  We sell only through online marketplaces such as Amazon and Ebay.  As such, we are bound by the returns practices of each platform.  Please follow the steps and processes of the platform on which you purchased the item to make a return.  Some items may be listed as no returns, but if they are it will be clearly noted on the listing.

 

CAN I PLACE THE ORDER OUTSIDE OF US?

Yes.  Our platforms sell to customers outside of the United States.  Please be aware that for all purchase outside of the United States, the customer bears the responsibility of any import or duty fees which may be required to be paid prior to delivery of the item in the buyer's country.   We have no control over that process, as it is a requirement of the countries to which we ship that are outside of the United States.  There are some countries to which our sales platforms do not ship.  However, if your country should be one of the countries to which we cannot ship, there should be no means for you to purchase the item through our platforms.

 

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PAID FOR IT?

Both Amazon and Ebay have means of cancelling orders after they have been paid.  Please use the platform features to contact us to make any cancellations and/or modifications.  Please note that modifying addresses for delivery after a purchase has been already made on Amazon or Ebay is a difficult process, and may require cancellation and repurchase.
